2 small boxes White Chocolate instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 large apples, unpeeled cored and diced
4 Snickers candy bars, chilled and sliced fairly thin
Green or red seedless grapes (optional)
Prepare pudding using 2 cups of milk. Gently fold pudding into
whipped topping. Don’t over-mix. Fold apples, candy bars,
and grapes. Refrigerate until chilled.
**Cook’s note: This salad should really be eaten within 2-3 hours of preparation. Any longer and the caramel starts to run and the apples turn brown. Any “leftovers” will still taste great the next day, but the salad doesn’t look so pretty with its brown tinge.
